yck de Vries' real name is Hendrik Johannes Nicasius De Vries. He was part of the McLaren F1® Team young driver programme from 2010 to 2019 and was the 2021-21 Formula E champion. He first drove an F1® car in practice at the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2022, for Williams Racing in place of Alex Albon. De Vries finished ninth on his F1® debut at Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio d'Italia 2022, scoring twi World Championshp points and being rewarded with Driver of the Day by fans.
