Max and the RB18 were in a diffferent league to everyone else at Spa-Francorchamps; even demotion to 14th on the grid because of new engine parts couldn't hold back the Dutch tide for long. He was thrid by lap eight amnd won by more than 18 seconds, plus fastest lap, was the result.
