Ayrton Senna's greatest lap during qualifying was set at Monte Carlo. Senna himself said he was driving purely on instinct as he danced through the streets of the principality an almost unbelievable 1.5 seconds faster than teammate Alain Prost. It's a mystical lap that's still revered to this day but, unforunately, no footage of it exists - cameras were less prevalent in 1988.
