Lando Norris secured McLaren F1® Team's first podium finish of 2024 with an excellent P3 drive at the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2024.
The British driver qualified for the race in P3 and producedan impressive driving dispay throughout the entire weekend. During the race, Norris kept pace with the Scuderia Ferrari drivers and battled hard for the top positions in Melbourne. His relentlessness paid off as he secured his first podium finish of the season and the 14th of his career. The Englishman's third placed finish, was McLaren F1® Team's first podium in Melbourne since 2014. Oscar Piastri's fourth placed finish capped off a P3 & P4 weekend for the British team, who have firmly established themselves in the top three of Constructors standings.
